At Vorbiroo, we follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), categorizing language proficiency into six levels: A1 to C2.

Each of our courses is carefully designed to cover 50 - 60 hours of instruction, representing a broadly defined half-level of proficiency. For example, our A1 level is divided into A1.1 and A1.2, offering a structured and comprehensive learning experience that aligns with the CEFR framework.

The same approach is applied to higher proficiency levels, such as A2.1 and A2.2, ensuring that learners progress through a systematic and well-defined language journey.

Our class groups are intentionally small, with a maximum of 4 participants for both offline and online courses. To secure your seat, payment is required in advance of the training start date, following the principle of 'first come, first served.' We recommend completing payment at least a week before the course begins to ensure a smooth start to your language learning journey.

For group courses, we offer flexible payment options:

• Regular language courses: You can register and pay in installments (Payment plan: every 10 sessions) or pay for the entire course upfront.

• Practice through Stories: These weekly courses include 3 sessions per course, and payment is required in advance for each course.

• Romanian Citizenship Preparation: These weekly courses are divided into 9-session parts, and payment is required in advance for each part.

For one-on-one courses, we provide the flexibility of paying monthly or for the entire course in advance.

Our trainers are university-educated and certified in adult training with more than five years of teaching experience. We match you or your group with the best trainer for your language needs and skill level.

Please note that our courses are designed to be taken in their entirety, and individual sessions cannot be booked separately. The speed and extent of your progress can vary due to individual learning rates, lesson frequency, and group size. For meaningful improvement, consistent attendance at weekly classes is essential. Completing regular homework assignments between classes also accelerates your language skill development, reinforcing what you've learned during lessons.

Vorbiroo has a clear policy for course cancellations, ensuring transparency and fairness. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid:

• Within the First 14 Days: Clients can cancel enrollment within the first 14 days of the contract’s conclusion but before 7 days before the first teaching session begins, with no cancellation fees.

• Before the First Teaching Session Begins: If a cancellation occurs after the initial 14-day period or, where applicable, within 7 days before the first teaching session begins, the following fees apply: 20% for group courses and 50% for one-to-one courses.

• After Group Courses Begin: Cancellation of group courses up to 4 weeks after the course starts, due to reasons such as illness or work-related issues, incurs a 50% charge. Customers can provide evidence for a significantly lower fee.

• After One-on-One Courses Begin: Cancellation of one-on-one courses up to 4 weeks after the course starts, due to reasons such as illness or work-related issues, incurs a 70% charge. Customers can provide evidence for a significantly lower fee.
